Client Projects and Deliverables
Project Scope: All projects are defined by written agreements or contracts. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in project agreements. Late payments may result in project suspension or termination.
Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
